working theory:
Main motor drives the main shaft to operate at high speed. The disc rotor under the high speed rotation will take the grinding media to move at high speed and form strong impact, abrasion and shear force to the material. Under the function of strong shearing force to the material. Under the function of strong shearing force, the large particle size material will be sufficiently dispersed and ground. The equipment has adopted reliable mechanical sealing with long durability. Grinding chamber is entirely closed, avoiding the air to come inside the chamber, preventing generation of bubbles and volatilization. RTSM series uses centrifugal screen discharging mode. The centrifugal force generate from the dispersing rotor will separate the grinding median and the material, the material will hardly contact the discharging screen so no abrasion for the screen. Material will be sufficiently separated from the grinding media and discharged from the discharging pipes.
Application:
Suitable for metal sensitive material and material that requires nano grade finish size. Widely applied in production of dye ink, pigment ink, digital printing ink, inkjet ink, ceramic ink, battery material, pharmaceutical material, fluorescent brightener, nano coating material, electric paste, graphene and heat-sensitive paper coating material etc.

Structure:
Special rotor structure design, both the number, size and installation position are designed according to the vortex fluid mechanics to reach the maximum ratio of grinding energy and to improve the grinding efficiency, which make the material reach nano-meter. The fineness could be less than 50nm tested by Malvern.
